- Placement of order
By placing an order you are entering an agreement with Latest Fashion Jewelry and are bound by our terms and conditions and relevant policies. Latest Fashion Jewelry will e-mail you an order confirmation to confirm the details of your order only, this e-mail does not constitute an acceptance of your offer or reflect the status of your order in any way. All prices quoted on this site are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of the Australian Goods and Services Tax, unless otherwise stated.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received and Latest Fashion Jewelry are satisfied with the integrity of the order.
- Cancellation
Latest Fashion Jewelry reserve the right to not provide goods and services, terminate membership accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of any other terms and conditions herein, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.
If you need to cancel an order please contact our customer service team via e-mail at sales@latestfashionjewelry.com.au. Our agreement with you only comes into existence once we have both confirmed your order and your payment has been processed. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion.
Orders that cannot be cancelled will be subject to our terms and conditions, and policies relating to returns and exchanges.
- Postage and handling
Latest Fashion Jewelry utilise the services of a courier, Australia Post and International post depending on the recipients address.
Postage and handling is charged in relation to the weight of the order and the distance the order has to travel to reach destination. Please contact the office for further information or for a quote.
- Delivery
4.1 Delivery Time
From the time you submit your order Latest Fashion Jewelry must check stock availability, please note that due to high demand of some products there are some occasions where we might be out of stock. Upon expected delays occurring Latest Fashion Jewelry will notify you immediately. Once stock availability is confirmed and payment authorised your order will be picked, packed and then dispatched. On dispatch you will be notified by e-mail. Upon there being any unexpected delays in dispatch, you will be notified immediately.
From receipt of your order please allow 3 working days to process your order and dispatch, then depending on the delivery address the following will apply:
Australia Domestic: 3-7 working days, during peak postage times (namely Christmas) please note unexpected delays may occur.
International: 2-4 weeks with longer delays possible during peak postage times (Christmas).
4.2 Delivery Details
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address at the time of ordering, should you enter an incorrect address we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Please note that incorrect or miss-spelt addresses may result in delivery delays also, so ensure that all details provided are correct.
Latest Fashion Jewelry require that where possible the recipient signs for the delivery. You agree that we have satisfied the condition where a signature has been received from the recipient, appropriate agent or proxy recipient of the order (chosen at the couriers partners discretion). This includes, but is not limited to, a hotel or office receptionist signing on receipt of delivery at the specified address. You agree that in doing so we have delivered the order within the terms of the agreement between you and us.
You agree that when our courier partner is satisfied that the order has been delivered; delivery of the order has taken place within the terms of the agreement between you and us.
While we endeavour to deliver by the allocated time there are times where this is not always possible due to unforseen circumstances. Latest Fashion Jewelry and its carriers make every effort to ensure that all packages are delivered on time, however do not accept responsibility for late or non-deliveries beyond our control.
Without limiting the operation of any other terms and conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from late delivery. You agree that a late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation or refund of an order. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
- Returns
5.1 Guarantee
Latest Fashion Jewelry uphold guarantee policies that if you are unsatisfied with the products you have purchased from Latest Fashion Jewelry, please notify us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
The following terms and conditions apply:

Faulty products must be returned to in the original delivery condition and upon us confirming this; a full refund will be applied to your account.

No returns or exchanges on products other than for faulty products. Refer to returns policy.
5.2 Damaged or faulty on delivery
If you receive products which are damaged or faulty, we will happily organise an exchange for you, the damaged or faulty goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt. If a product is later deemed to be faulty, normal warranty conditions for that product apply.
In the event you receive a defective or damaged product, we will dispatch you a replacement product (subject to availability) once we receive the return, at our cost.
Please note that all products that are found to be non-defective will incur the delivery costs of returning the item to Latest Fashion Jewelry.
